METROFIRE Coordinator John Moore passed away
on Thursday April 19, 2001 at his home in Gilford, NH.
John was a founding member of METROFIRE and served as
its Coordinator from the inception of METROFIRE in 1976
until his retirement in November of 1997.  He continued
as Assistant Coordinator and handled the Running Card
System and the Haz-Mat Billing until his death.  His
last project was the update of the 10-Alarm Running
Cards issued in April 2001.  All the Chiefs, who served
with John in the early years regarded him as the glue
that held METROFIRE together.  His wisdom, wit, and
patience will be missed by all those who knew
him.
